Jim Field has been a Community Organizer in Chicago for 45 years. He is currently retired, but still consults with a variety of Community Organizations. Jim is also proud of the work he did in helping bring Community Organizing to Central European countries like Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Macedonia, etc.
