Pilsen Alliance
We have been serving the community for 23 years, uniting and leading the Pilsen community. Pilsen is a community of immigrants, here we decided to join our efforts to create a strong and resilient community in these times of change. We are committed to bringing the best community education tools and programs, our campaigns are direct actions and advocacy initiatives that reflect the popular education philosophy of building social awareness for both collective and personal transformation.
Action Now Institute
Action Now Institute (ANI) began operating as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization in April 2010. We have extensive experience in community organizing, a solid network of allies and an experienced staff of organizers, researchers and trainers. Our primary campaigns include quality education for low-income, minority students in Chicago, foreclosure prevention in Cook County, and raising the minimum wage in Illinois.
